a. Discussion with Dr. Amy Sams, Executive Director of the Pickens County Board of Voter Registration and Elections about moving the City elections to odd numbered years – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
b. Discuss an amendment to the Fire Service Contract with Clemson University for a new fire truck purchase – City Administrator Andy Blondeau
c. Discuss allowing Duke Energy to install two electric vehicle chargers in the Clemson Municipal Complex parking lot – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.

a. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance amendment for Courts to be an allowable use in CM Zoning District – Zoning Administrator Jacob Peabody.
b. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance amendment to require Pet Waste Stations in all high density developments – Zoning Administrator Jacob Peabody.
c. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance amendment to require bikeway installation for simple lot subdivisions – Zoning Administrator Jacob Peabody.
d. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance amendment to adopt SC State mandated building and related codes for Sec. 5.1 Codes Adopted, effective January 1, 2023 – Assistant Administrator Allison Gantte.
e. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance for bikes and scooters – Police Chief Campos.

a. Consider adopting the updated Safety Plan for Clemson Area Transit – Director Sammy Grant.
b. Consider a request for the Clemson Area Chamber of Commerce to waive parking regulations downtown from December 12, 2022 to January 8, 2023 – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
