        1) 2018-AR-11: Applicant Pavilion Development is requesting approval of trees to be
            placed on the third floor terrace and the use of a green screen to cover the mechanical
            yard on the rooftop at 110 Sloan St.

        2) 2018-AR-19: Applicant Pavilion Development is requesting approval of change to the
            screening materials for the rear of the parking structure at 403 College Ave.

    Please note that Public Comments will be heard during each of the Action Items presentation.
