INVITATION TO BID
CHRISTMAS TREE FOR CLEMSON FLAG PLAZA
CLEMSON, SC
The City of Clemson will receive bids until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 11, 2022, for the provision of a 29’ LED illuminated Christmas Tree. Sealed bids should be mailed to:

Submittals and Qualifications: Please present bid as follows:
Base Bid: 29’ 15,000 (minimum) warm white light LED branch style commercial Christmas tree.
Items to be bid as alternates:
- 29’-32’ foot tree
- Illuminated tree topper
- Red Bow tree topper
- Colored ball ornaments
- Decorative Base
Other items to be included in bid:
- Picture of the tree(s) quoted. Attach pictures to emailed quote.
- Cut sheets with dimensions, installation and storage information
- Power requirements
- Warranty information
- Delivery timeline
Please include shipping and 7% sales tax in your quotation.
Provide a list of recent, similar projects in addition to a list of references. The bidder must demonstrate they have been established in the commercial Christmas decorating business for at least the past 5 years.
Bid Award Information: Lowest Bid that meets noted specifications above will be awarded bid.
The City of Clemson reserves the right to reject any and all offers and portions thereof, to waive minor technicalities and informalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest, subject to the requirements of any applicable laws of procurement.
