The City of Clemson will receive bids until 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 19, 2022, for the provision of folding tables and chairs. Sealed bids should be mailed to:

Submittals and Qualifications: Please present bid as follows:
Base Bid:
- 30 qty. 48” Round heavy-duty plastic folding tables
- 200 qty. Contoured folding chairs
- 5 qty.- Multipurpose folding table dolly
- 3 qty.- Folding chair dolly 84 chair capacity
Other items to be included in bid:
- Picture of the items quoted. Attach pictures to emailed quote.
- Maker/ Brand of items
- Warranty information
- Delivery timeline
Please include shipping and 7% sales tax in your quotation.
Provide a list of recent, similar projects in addition to a list of references. The bidder must demonstrate they have been established in the commercial industry for five yrs.
Bid Award Information: Lowest Bid that meets noted specifications above will be awarded bid.
The City of Clemson reserves the right to reject any and all offers and portions thereof, to waive minor technicalities and informalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest, subject to the requirements of any applicable laws of procurement.
