Pickens County and their incorporated jurisdictions are updating the 2018 Hazard Mitigation Plan and needs your input!
A virtual public input meeting will be held on October 12th at 5pm to provide an overview of the plan’s purpose and gather your feedback on changes and new information that should be incorporated into this update.
Have you experienced hazard events in the past? Are there areas in your neighborhood prone to flooding, wind damage, or other hazards? Do you have suggestions for how to reduce hazard risk? Attend the meeting to share your input!
