Bid Opportunity: Nettles Park Office Roof Replacement

The City of Clemson is accepting quotes to remove existing shingles down to the deck and re-attach loose deck boards and replace any rotter decking. Please specify a “cost per sheet “price, and a maximum of 3 sheets in the proposal. Any additional replacement will be paid separate from the contracted price. Replace plumbing vent boots and seal around roof ventilation. Install GAF starter shingles on gutter lines and rake edges. Install Synthetic underlayment and re-roof with GAF Timberline HDZ Charcoal. Use 1.25” roofing nails per specification. Install GAF Cobra ridge vent with manufacturer approved fasteners. Remove any, and all job related debris from worksite.

All interested contractors will need to schedule an appointment to measure the roof. The times we are allowing to schedule are Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Please email rstewart@cityofclemson.org to schedule appointment.  No plans will be available for this project.

This bid will open on October 7, 2022 and will end on October 24th, 2022 at 11:00am
