Call to Order

Policy Action:
a. Consider adopting a Resolution to annex a portion of property approximately 2.5 acres located near Chapman Hill Road - City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
b. Consider adopting an Annexation Agreement between the City of Clemson, Chapman Hill LLC and Dan Ryan Builders – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
c. Consider 1st Reading of a proposed annexation of approximately 40 acres known as Phase 1 of the Grange located on Chapman Hill Road owned by Chapman Hill LLC – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
