1.  In person during appropriate portions of meetings
2.  Ask a question in Zoom Webinar Live Stream (3-minute limit per speaker)
3. On the City’s MyCivic web platform no later than 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting. Click Here and select Public Meeting Comments – BAR, BZA, Planning Commission.

        1) 2022-AR-13: Applicant Candace Thosath is requesting approval of sign package
             for 9Round Kickboxing Fitness at 101 McCollum St. (SIGN-000068-2022)

        2) 2022-AR-12: Applicant Eric Breazel, Frontage Partners LLC, is requesting premilinary
            approval of a new professional office building at 216 Frontage Rd. (ABAR-000072-2022)

    Please note that Public Comments will be heard during each of the Action Items presentation.
