How to Submit Public Comments
1. In person during appropriate portions of meetings
2. Ask a question in Zoom Webinar Live Stream (3-minute limit per speaker)
3. On the City’s MyCivic web platform no later than 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting. Click Here and select Public Meeting Comments – BAR, BZA, Planning Commission.
The Planning Commission will host an Informal Public Meeting on the proposed PUD-000074-2022 beginning at 6:00 p.m. Pursuant to Section 19-504 of City Code, the purpose of the session is to provide an opportunity for the applicant to communicate and coordinate with surrounding property owners and other members of the public with an interest in the proposed development. No business shall be conducted. The regular January 2023 meeting shall begin following the conclusion of the session.
