Approval of Minutes – February 6, 2023

Reports/Discussion
a. Receive the Annual Audit Report for the fiscal year ending 2022 from Mauldin & Jenkins – Finance Director Leslie Wilder.
b. Receive the Parks, Recreation, Arts, Culture and Tourism Advisory Committee’s Annual Report from Committee Chair Member – Parks & Recreation Director Jay Bennett.
c. Discuss electronic participation in public meetings – Council Member Ducworth. 
d. Staff Reports.

Policy/Action (2‐minute limit per speaker)
a. Consider approval of the budget variances for the fiscal year ending 2022 audited financial statements – Finance Director Leslie Wilder.
b. Consider a proposed agreement with Ardurra Group in the amount of $100,000 for 30% Engineering Design Services for #5 and #7 pump stations upgrades and expansions – Utilities Director Benjie McGill.
c. Consider increasing the Community Garden Registration annual rental fee from $100 to $150 – Urban & Park Land Mgmt. Tony Tidwell.
d. Consider approval of a public art project to install four bus shelter wraps and three fiber glass butterflies in the amount of $7000 from the Public Arts and Culture Commission allocation – the Arts Center Director Joan Phillips.
e. Consider approval of the Accommodations Tax Committee’s recommendations for allocation of FY 2022-2023 funding – Assistant Finance Director Sharie Nickles.
