a. Receive the Annual Police Report – Police Chief Jorge Campos.
b. Discuss acceptance of Old Stone Church Road (S-39-22) between Pendleton Road and US 76 from SCDOT and all associated Right-of-Ways – City Engineer Nathan Hinkle.
c. Discuss a recommendation from the Economic Development Advisory Committee regarding employee parking for downtown businesses – Community/Economic Development Coordinator Lindsey Newton and City Engineer Nathan Hinkle.
d. Discuss a recommendation from the Economic Development Advisory Committee regarding parking fines in Clemson – Community/Economic Development Coordinator Lindsey Newton.
e. Discuss pending legislation requiring municipalities to have elections on odd numbered of years – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
f. Staff Reports.

Ordinances:
a. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance to amend the City of Clemson Code of Ordinances Chapter 3 Alcohol Beverages, Sec. 3-4 Open Container in public places – Police Chief Jorge Campos.
b. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to amend the City of Clemson Code of Ordinances Chapter 2 Administration, Article II. Governing Body, Division 2 Rules of Procedures, Sec. 2.47 Voting – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.

Other Policy Items:
c. Consider a Resolution to transfer a destroyed bus from SCDOT to the FTA in order to apply the insurance reimbursement to a new bus – Transit Director Sammy Grant.
d. Consider approving Clemson 8 as a non-profit organization that is eligible to use the electronic message board – Mayor Halfacre.
e. Consider approving a purchase agreement for a Sutphen Fire Apparatus – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
