3. On the City’s MyCivic web platform no later than 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting. Click Here and select Public Meeting Comments – BAR, BZA, Planning Commission.

  1. 2023-AR-03:  Applicant Ross Kistler, Project Plus Architects, is requesting final approval of exterior renovations to an existing space into a restaurant at 376 College Ave. (ABAR-000104-2023)
  2. 2023-AR-06: Applicant Sherri Hartsell is requesting approval of a new sign at 391 College Ave Suite 201. (SIGN-000110-2023)
  3. 2023-AR-08: Applicant Signarama is requesting approval of a new sign at 218 Frontage Road. (SIGN-00018-2023)
  4. 2023-AR-05: Applicant Chad Ridgeway, Electric City Signs, is requesting approval of a new sign at 197 Old Greenville Hwy. (SIGN-000109-2023)

b.  Public Hearing

  1. 2023-AR-07: Applicant Chad Ridgeway, Electric City Signs, is requesting a Variance from the Architectural Standards Table 19-1110 3p – Wall mounted signs for a single business. (VBAR-000115-2023)
