Reports/Discussion Agenda:
    a. Discuss amending the recreational fees for non-city residents – Parks & Recreation Director Jay Bennett.

Ordinances:
    a. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance authorizing and providing for the issuance of water and sewer system revenue bonds, series 2020a and series 2020b of the City of Clemson, South Carolina, in the aggregate principal amount of not exceeding $12,018,000 to be purchased by the United States of America, acting through the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development; providing for the payment of the principal of and interest on the bonds from the net revenues derived from the operation of the City’s water and sewer system; and other matters relating thereto – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.

Other Policy Items:
    a. Consider temporarily allowing “Yard Signs” in right of ways without individual approval – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
    b. Consider allocating $40,000 from the Hospitality Tax Fund to cover the Arts Center essential operating costs – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
    c. Consider suspending lease payments from non-profit organizations that lease space from the City of Clemson – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
    d. Consider waiving the last quarter payment for Reserved Lease Parking in the Keith Street and Fendley Street Parking Decks and the Sloan Street Lot – Administrative Assistant Lindsey Newton.
