Ordinances:
   a. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance authorizing and providing for the issuance of water and sewer system revenue bonds, series 2020a and series 2020b of the City of Clemson, South Carolina, in the aggregate principal amount of not exceeding $12,018,000 to be purchased by the United States of America, acting through the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development; providing for the payment of the principal of and interest on the bonds from the net revenues derived from the operation of the City’s water and sewer system; and other matters relating thereto – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.

Other Policy Items:
   a. Consider amending Parks & Recreation fees for non-city residents – Parks & Recreation Director Jay Bennett.
   b. Consider hiring a consultant to work with the Clemson Area African American Museum (CAAAM) Board and the City Administrator to establish CAAAM as a City Department – Council Member Smith.
   c. Consider Amendment #1 to the Engineering Agreement with Design South for Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
