Approval of Minutes – May 4, 2020 & May 8, 2020

Ordinances:
    a. Consider 1st Reading of a Bond Ordinance in the amount not to exceed $3.6 million to fund the Police Station and Littlejohn Community Center renovation and expansion projects – Finance Director Joel Seavey.
    b. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to amend inspection requirements of properties in the Rental Housing Program for the 2020/2021 inspection cycle – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
    c. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to amend the procurement requirements for professional services – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
Other Policy Items:
    a. Consider renewing the 5-year lease with Clemson University for Dawson Park – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
    b. Consider options for ADA revisions to the Butch Trent Pavilion at Abernathy Park – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
