            a.  Building and Site Review:        
                 1)  2020-AR-08:  Applicant Perry Freeman is requesting preliminary approval to demolish adjacent tenant space to develop an outdoor dining area on the corner of College Avenue and Addison Lane. A portion of the space will be dedicated to restroom improvements, for a restaurant located at 359 College Avenue.

                 Public Comment will be heard during each of the Action Items presentation.  Dial 864-653-9886 and follow the directions.
