Approval of Minutes – June 15, 2020 & June 19, 2020 & June 24, 2020

Reports/Discussion Agenda:
a. Receive a report on Police Defensive Tactics and De-escalation Training – Detective Mike Arflin and Master Officer Chris Chancellor.
b . Discuss amendments to the Emergency Ordinance that requires face coverings - Council.
c . Discuss a request for an exemption to the Rental Housing Program – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
d . Staff Reports

Policy/Action Agenda (Public Comments Dial 653-9886 and follow the instructions)
Ordinances:
a. Consider an amendment to the Emergency Ordinance that requires face coverings – Council.

Other Policy Items:
a. Consider an Agreement for Professional Services with Kimley-Horn for the Nettles Park Master Plan – Parks & Recreation Director Jay Bennett.
b. Consider a request to the US Army Corps of Engineers from Dockside to place a storm water outfall on USACE property – Assistant City Engineer Nathan Hinkle.
