3. Action Items

             a.  Building and Site Review:        

1) 2020-AR-08: Applicant Perry Freeman is requesting final approval for wall material, stain to be applied to concrete floor, and the fence around trash area for outdoor dining area to be created at 359 College Ave.

2)  2020-AR-11: Applicant James Mann is requesting approval to replace 1 small awning and construction of additional awning facing Sloan St.

3) 2020-AR-12:  Applicant McDonald’s USA, LLC, is requesting preliminary approval to rebuild the restaurant in the existing location of 1065 Tiger Blvd.


               Please note that Public Comment will be heard during each of the Action
               Items presentation.
