Approval of Minutes – October 19, 2020

Reports/Discussion Agenda:
a. Discuss leasing the 12-Mile Beach Recreation Area from the US Army Corps of Engineers – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
b. Discuss if Council is ready to consider annexation of a .33 acre parcel of land located on Hwy 133 – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
c. Discuss whether or not Council would like the Planning Commission to make a recommendation regarding a zoning district exclusive to annexed properties that allows for single-family homes on smaller lots than R-12 or R-20 – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.

a. Consider approval of an Emergency Temporary Ordinance to extend operating procedures applicable to meetings of City Council/Boards/Commissions/Committees – Council.
b. Consider approval of an Emergency Temporary Ordinance to extend lifting the City’s prohibition against open containers of alcohol subject to certain listed mandatory requirements – Council.
c. Consider approval of an Emergency Temporary Ordinance to extend Gameday Parking Protocol for the remainder of the Clemson University Football season – Council.
d. Consider approval of an Emergency Temporary Ordinance to extend additional relief of businesses hospitality taxes and fees and/or accommodations tax through December 31, 2020 – Council
Resolutions:
a. Consider a Resolution accepting the roads and sidewalks in Phase IV and Thomas Green Blvd. in Patrick Square – City Engineer Chris Shivar.
