a. 2020-V-03: Applicant Betsy Lawson, of 226 Riggs Drive, has filed an appeal of the Zoning Administrator's Decision. In a letter dated August 18, 2020, the zoning administrator stated that the property located at 226 Riggs Drive is subject to the Occupancy limit of 2 since it is located in the R-20 zoning district. Mrs. Lawson does not agree with this decision and is challenging it to the Board of Zoning Appeals.
