Approval of Minutes – November 2, 2020

Reports/Discussion Agenda:
    a. Receive a report on the Planning Commission’s recommendations to allow .29 acres located off of Hwy 133 to be annexed in to the City as RM-3 – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
    b. Receive the final deliverable from Development Strategies from Steering Committee Chair Bob Brookover – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
    c. Discuss the Employee Group Self-funded Health Insurance Renewal for 2021 – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
    d. Staff Reports

Policy/Action Agenda (Public Comments Dial 653-9886 and follow the instructions)
    a. Consider authorizing the City Administrator to submit a letter of request to the US Army Corps of Engineers to lease the 12-Mile Beach Recreation Area – Mayor Cook.
    b. Consider a request from Clemson Area Chamber of Commerce President Susan Cohen to waive parking regulations in downtown Clemson from December 1, 2020 to January 8, 2021 – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
    c. Consider a request from the Clemson Downs retirement community to put up a temporary sign in the Right of Way – Planning & Codes Director Todd Steadman.
    d. Consider proposed changes to the Traffic Calming Procedures – Council Member McGuire.
    e. Consider approval of the Employee Group Self-funded Health Insurance Renewal for 2021 – City Administrator Andy Blondeau.
