Special Called City Council Meeting
Monday, November 23 at 5:00 p.m.
Council Chambers, Clemson City Hall

Call to Order:
a.   Consider a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Clemson, South Carolina, resolving to 
 consider Strategic  Plan  Ordinance  #1,  which  sets  forth  a  particular  plan  for amendments 
to the current City Zoning Ordinance and to the City's Comprehensive Plan, and creates overlay 
districts, as recommended as a critical action item by the White Paper presented to Council and the 
public on November 16, 2020; and, setting and advertising to the   public   the   date   of   a   
Public   Hearing   on Strategic   Plan   Ordinance   #1; and, referring Strategic Plan Ordinance #1 
to the Planning Commission to consider and report back to Council on the matters addressed by 
Strategic Plan Ordinance #1.
