Notice of Public Hearing
The City of Clemson City Council will hold a livestreamed public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on January 19, 2021, in the Council Chambers at City Hall on the item described below.
Please note that City Hall is currently closed to the public due to the ongoing COVID pandemic. Everyone is invited to view the hearing on the City of Clemson YouTube channel. Comments may be submitted by telephone during the hearing by dialing 864-653-9886 and following the instructions.

2020-R-05 Proposed Map Amendment (Vickery Drive)
City Council will receive comments from the public on a proposal to rezone two parcels (TMP# 4064-06-28-8745 and # 4064-06-37-6964) located on Vickery Drive in the City of Clemson. The applicant, Mr. Doug Wall, is requesting the parcels, both currently zoned R-12 Single-family Residential District, be rezoned to RM-1 Two-family Residential District.
The session will include an overview of the proposed changes presented by staff prior to the opportunity for public input. Copies of documents can be accessed from the online city calendar of events at:
