a. Parks and Recreation annual report – Bill Caraway, Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee Chair.
b. Discuss abstention from voting – Council Member McGuire.
c. Staff Reports

Ordinances:
a. Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance to amend the Public Arts and Culture Commission bylaws– The Arts Center Director Joan Phillips.
b. Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to amend the City Code of Ordinances for Business Licenses in compliance with standardization mandates – City Clerk Beverly Coleman.
Other Policy Items:
a. Consider Bid award for Clemson Park “Fast Track” project to Foothills Contracting in the amount of $99,932 – City Engineer Chris Shivar.
