The City of Clemson City Council will hold a livestreamed public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on April 5, 2021 in the Council Chambers at City Hall on the item described below. 
 

Please note that City Hall is currently closed to the public due to the ongoing COVID pandemic.  Everyone is invited to view the hearing on the City of Clemson YouTube channel.  Comments may be submitted by telephone during the hearing by dialing 864-653-9886 and following the instructions.

Proposed Annexation of Nettles Parcel
 

The owner (City of Clemson) of a parcel of land consisting of approximately 66 acres situated in the unincorporated area of Anderson County has petitioned for annexation into the City.  The proposed zoning is R-20 Single-family Residential District.  The property is contiguous with existing city limits, and is intended to be developed over time as additional park and recreational area.
 

The session will include an overview of the proposed annexation presented by staff prior to the opportunity for public input.  Links to copies of related documents can be found on the online City Calendar at:  www.cityofclemson.org
 

Questions and comments on the matter may also be submitted to the Planning and Codes Administration Department prior to the session.
