     a.  Building and Site Review:        

           1) 2021-AR-01: Applicant Julie Prieur is requesting final approval of replacement panel of the free
               standing multi-tenant sign, door and window decals for 384 College Ave.

           2) 2021-AR-02:  Applicant 389 College Ave, LLC, is requesting final approval of building signage
                package for the Shepherd Hotel located at 110 Sloan St.

         
                  Please note that Public Comments will be heard during each of the Action Items
                                                                          presentation.
