How to make a public comment:
1. In person
2. Citizens can submit comments to staff no later than 5:00 p.m. Monday, May 3, 2021.
3. Call in by phone during the meeting by dialing 864-710-6986 at the appropriate time. (Because of the electrical storms, we are experiencing A/V issues. We can only take one call at a time, so if you call in and the line is busy, wait a minute and try again)

a. Building and Site Review:
1) 2021-AR-05: Applicant Clemson Dockside, LP, is requesting approval to replace the current
awning fabric with a blue tone and new logo at 378 College Ave. The existing awning frame
previously approved will remain the same.
