Community Q&A Sessions for Proposed TIF

Community Q&A Sessions for Proposed TIF

The City of Clemson is holding two Q&A sessions regarding the proposed TIF Ordinance. 

  • On Tuesday, November 12th, stop in and submit your questions and concerns to City officials and staff. 
  • On Thursday, November 21st, join us again when Tripp Muldrow (the TIF Consultant) will also be in attendance and available to answer these submitted questions. 

Both sessions will be held at Littlejohn Community Center beginning at 6pm. 

*Please note: members of City Council may be in attendance at these informal meetings. No formal decisions will be made or votes taken. 

If you are unable to attend, we're also accepting questions via email to tifinfo@cityofclemson.org and an updated FAQ document with these submitted questions will be posted to the website after the November 21st meeting. View the current FAQs
