b. Discuss a text amendment to Chapter 7, Sec 7-8, Fixed Assets. – Procurement Coordinator Brandon Burton
c. Schedule a Public Hearing date for an Ordinance change to allow non-conforming properties to have vested rights if they were destroyed by other than voluntary actions. – Planning and Development Director Nathan Woods
d. Staff Reports
