COVID-19 Update: GOVERNOR'S EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 2020-17, March 31, 2020

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the authority vested in me as Governor of the State of South Carolina and pursuant to the Constitution and Laws of this State and the powers conferred upon me therein, I hereby order and direct as follows:
Section 1. Closure of Non-Essential Businesses, Venues, Facilities, Services, and Activities for Public Use
To prepare for and respond to the actual, ongoing, and evolving public health threat posed by COVID-19 and to mitigate the significant impacts associated with the same, pursuant to the cited authorities and other applicable law, I hereby determine, order, and direct as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE,
by virtue of the authority vested in me as Governor of the State of South Carolina and pursuant to the Constitution and Laws of this State and the powers conferred upon me therein, I hereby order and direct as follows:
Section 1. Emergency Access Restrictions for Public Beaches and Waters

COVID-19 Update: Public Works Service Adjustments

As of April 21st, recycling center is open and brush crew is operating as normal. 

The On-Site Recycling Center at the City of Clemson Department of Public Works is temporarily closed due to COVID-19 concerns. 

Curbside Sanitation and Recycling is still operating on normal schedule but the brush/junk crew is temporarily off road and we will not be picking up any cardboard curbside work orders until further notice.
